• Leading and overseeing all activities within the engineering and manufacturing department.

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in a managerial role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
