Description
As a Records & Retention Office you will be responsible for overseeing the management, organization, and compliance of electronic and paper-based records. You will help develop retention policies, ensure adherence to data regulations, and educate staff on effective records management.
What you'll be doing as a Records & Retention Officer

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including OFWAT, Freedom of Information, and the Data Protection Act (GDPR).

Oversee the management of electronic and paper-based records at Thames Water, ensuring compliance with agreed data retention standards.

Develop new records management standards.

Educate staff on effective records management.

Establish and manage the clients record management system.
Base Location: Reading - Hybrid.
Working Pattern: 36 Hours.
