Product Manager (UC/Comms) Location: London/Manchester - Hybrid/Remote Compensation: Circa £65k basic plus excellent benefits Description Step into a dynamic MSP business that is rapidly gaining traction in the UK market. This role is an exciting Product Management position placing you at the forefront of the UC/Comms product portfolio. You’ll shape the future by refining existing offerings, identifying new opportunities, and defining innovative services that enhance both revenue and brand impact. As the Product Manager (UC/Comms), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of communication products, including Unified Communications, VoIP, and assess other communication solutions. This is both a technical and commercial product management role. You will own the product end-to-end, from presales to system configuration and delivery. You will also play a key role in driving customer uptake and ensuring optimal product performance. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and maximise customer engagement. Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap * Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for communications solutions. * Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with company goals. Product Development * Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. * Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development. Product Management * Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities. * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement * Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and challenges. * Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation. Sales Operations & Marketing * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials. * Provide product training and support to sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. * Participate in customer presentations, trade shows, and industry events to promote our communication products * Work with the presales team to develop proposals and solutions that meet customer requirements * Collaborate with the operational service delivery and provisioning teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of customers' communication solutions. Essential Requirements * Experience in the telecommunications industry. * Strong knowledge of Unified Communications (UC/UCaaS) products, technologies, and best practices. * Proven track record of successfully launching and managing communications products. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Outstanding communication, social, and organisational skills. * High degree of initiative and leadership, with the ability to engage teams and drive a product through its lifecycle. * A proactive, "can-do" attitude, capable of managing challenges with ease. * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent written and oral skills. * Self-motivated and able to motivate others, demonstrating reliability and responsibility
